Report Fraud, Waste, or Abuse of Federal Funds
The Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (HHS OIG) maintains a hotline for receiving information concerning fraud, waste, or abuse in HRSA programs, including grants and cooperative agreements.
HHS OIG keeps the reports confidential. Callers may choose to remain anonymous.
To submit a complaint:
