Right Track Resource Center Director 

Northeast Oregon Network (NEON) is seeking applicants for the Right Track Resource Center (RTRC) Director position based in La Grande, Oregon.


This position works at the direction of the RTRC Board of Directors to carry out strategic objectives. Currently, the Right Track Resource Center is a fiscally sponsored program of the Northeast Oregon Network, and NEON will be the hiring agency until the Right Track Resource Center launches to independence. Position is responsible for overseeing all programs and operations at RTRC. This position will also build organizational capacity as it transitions to organizational and financial independence. 3 years of nonprofit program management and oversight is preferred. Grants management and experience working with a board preferred. Candidate needs strong leadership, management, and partnership building skills.

 

This is a full-time position, annual salary $70,345 - 78,936, dependent on experience, with benefits.

Housing Services Coordinator

In cooperation with the Right Track Resource Center, NEON is hiring for a full-time Housing Services
Coordinator. Duties include recruiting and managing volunteers, including scheduling to ensure a safe place for
people to get out of the cold at night during winter months. It also includes providing year-round daytime
support to guests including information, referral, follow-up, and assistance in navigating resources to help them
move toward housing stability.


We’re looking for people with lived experience of houselessness or housing insecurity, knowledge of social
services, strong communication skills and ability to connect to others, and a passion for the work.

 

Compensation is $23.64 - $24.96 per hour, set by NEON’s standardized compensation scale. The position includes some on-call hours during the winter season. NEON offers employee health, dental, life insurance, retirement, a flexible work
